Join Trumpet Behavioral Health's Texas BCBA Team!Trumpet Behavioral Health (TBH) is hiring a Telehealth (hybrid) Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Program to support our Plano and Texas Centers.
We're looking for innovative leaders eager to support our families and RBTs and desire to provide high-quality ABA services to diverse individuals.
ABOUT YOUAs a certified BCBA, your role is to manage cases and provide clinical support to our Plano and Texas centers with the utmost quality.
You take care to maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical, professional, payer, regulatory, and TBH requirements.
Your passion lies in supporting clinical staff, including registered behavior technicians, technicians, and associate clinicians.
You ensure that all clinical staff receives ethical, professional, and payer-compliant supervision that meets TBH standards.
To manage the clinical needs of your caseload, you consistently attend and participate in clinical activities.
Your drive, self-motivation, and proficiency in time management have enabled you to work excellently in remote environments.
Above all, you are dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals with severe behavior issues who require ABA therapy.
