Job Description:
Client is looking for a dynamic RedPoint Expert leader with demonstrated business strategy, Customer Data Platform knowledge.
In this role, the Redpoint lead will be responsible for working with the client on the redpoint platform operations and enhancements on a day to day basis.
The Lead is expected to solve complex problems, devise measurable strategies, engage with peer teams/experts and improve the operational and technical health of a clientsRedPoint ecosystem, with limited management.
This individual must be well versed in technical solutions across CDP & Data Privacy etc.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for identifying business objectives for Customer Data PlatformHands on Experience in RedPoint Data Management Platform.

Responsible for handling critical issues in the RedPoint platform for the customer.
Leads the CDP team of operational SMEs in solving P1 & P2 issues.
Works with customer to identify the enhancements needed for the redpoint platform.
Conducts RCA & defect analysis.
.
Demonstrated experience in understanding, analyzing and defining business capabilities.
Ability to conduct research, analyze and draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
Required
Experience:
RedPoint Data Platform Experience.
Quick learner, adaptable and very comfortable with ambiguity.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven ability to self-manage, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
.
Ability to effectively influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
Business operations experience.
Proven experience and comfort leading meetings (in-persons and virtual).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
