We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with experience in information technology to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software within the Healthcare industry.
Deep dive into these systems with end users on variety of troubleshooting incidents.
Specific Responsibilitieso Monitor multiple inbound support channels including phone, email and incidentso Validate customer entitlemento Create incidentso Triage, troubleshoot, resolve and escalate incidents as necessaryo Execute provided SOP'so Provide customer communications regarding ongoing incidentsQualificationso High School diploma or equivalent.
o 1-3 years of service desk/support roleo Must be proficient in supporting MS Office including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointo Must be proficient in supporting Windows OSo Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
o Must be an effective listener with ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a teamo Previous experience with ITIL conceptso Demonstrated ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.

Other RequiredQualificationso Position requires participation in 24/7 department on-call program.
On-call employees are required to carry a department sponsored cell phone, respond to calls within 15 minutes, troubleshoot problems and escalate to appropriate parties as needed.
o Position may require participating in meetings outside of normal business hours including occasional evenings and/or weekends.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
