We also have a small tax preparation clientele.
We are growing and would like to add another experienced team member.
Duties include:
o Pickup/deliver mail, Fed Ex o Disburse mail o Disburse District payments o Make bank deposits online o Order office/kitchen supplies o Handle incoming invoices o Submit/track building service requests o Postage machine - add postage, software/maint updates o Light bookkeeping The person we are looking for should have great time management, scheduling and planning skills.
This person needs to be dependable and can easily work with others in a small group environment.
Requirements o Minimum 5 years administrative experience o MS Word, Excel, Outlook experience required o QuickBooks experience preferred We have flexible work hours based around meetings and workflow needs, with an average of 35-45 hours a week.
After training period, ability to work from a hybrid schedule from home 2 days per week.
Salary commensurate to experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
