Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Account Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing their accounts, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy - Assist customers with inquiries, account updates, and product information - Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs - Provide accurate and efficient data entry for customer accounts - Analyze customer accounts to identify opportunities for improvement or additional sales - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds - Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is a plus - Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable
