Seeking Training Specialist for Commercial Insurance!
Position:
Traveling Training Specialist - Commercial Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for commercial insurance professionals.
- Conduct on-site training sessions, workshops, and presentations, with travel between Texas and Illinois.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry changes, regulations, and emerging trends.
- Gather feedback and continuously enhance training content for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Current Property and Casualty License.
- MUST know Applied EPIC, or AMS360
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field. (preferred not required).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial insurance training.
- Proven ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Flexibility to travel extensively, up to 75% of the year.
