We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team immediately. As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and launch of new solutions, manage revenue tracking and analytics, and drive product lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead products and/or product features from concept development to market launch.
- Conduct market sizing and analysis to identify opportunities.
- Request and manage capital investment for new solutions.
- Partner with technical development teams to ensure successful product development.
- Lead cross-functional teams and go-to-market strategies.
- Track revenue, perform analytics, and manage the lifecycle of mobility solutions and value-added services.
- Define solution requirements based on customer needs.
- Maintain product and/or feature roadmap, backlog, and key dependencies.
- Vet capital estimates, manage budgets, and investment strategy to maximize ROI.
- Lead core teams consisting of key delivery, operational, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understand basic financial metrics and drive business value accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management or related role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in market analysis and financial metrics.
- Experience managing budgets and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
