is now seeking for someone to fill the position of a Virtual Notary to work in
the U.S. only.
JOB TYPES: Part-time; Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen.
THE MISSION: Ensure that the circulatory affidavit on each client's petition
sheet follows such state's law and statutes. Therefore, this position may not
perform any other tasks in advancing the goal of qualifying an Initiative,
outside of the duties of a notary public.
BACKGROUND: High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public.
1 year of customer service is preferred.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
COMPENSATION: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
