Vice President, Information Technology

Overview:
The VP, Information Technology is responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems.
Duties:
Develop and manage technological infrastructure, including organizational information systems, IT support, software applications, etc.
Daily oversight and general management of the function and the team to include development of IT policies, supporting departmental and organization goals; motivate employees and oversee department initiatives.
Implement and maintain critical IT systems, including ensuring system security and disaster recovery systems are in placeLead the Information Security and Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance teams along with external vendors and service providers to ensure that the disciplines, protections, and procedures are in place to secure organizational systems and dataDevelop and communicate a clear technology vision and strategy that supports the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Build vendor relationships, purchase new technology, software, and equipment as needed, and manage budgetsIdentify new technologies and opportunities to improve systems and processesStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential to enhance the organization's competitive advantage, and recommending their adoption as appropriateProvides applicable support for the development team in terms of development projects and/or maintenance of applications as may be required.
Leads key digital projects, which may include documenting current state and identifying opportunities for improvementPerforms business analysis and requirements gathering for special IT projectsOther duties as assignedAdditional Duties and
Responsibilities:
Management of the architecture and technology footprint for Learfield and its subsidiariesChange Management and Incident Management Processes as well as other ITSM based process.
Provide key project support for cyber security and cloud initiatives.
Oversees the administration and maintenance of company's networking infrastructure.
Oversight of service desk management for all locationsProvides necessary oversight and support for all applications key to supporting day-to-day business functions.
Ensures proper documentation and functional testing is completed for enhancements for managed releases.
Provides, reviews and documents all diligence responses and investigations requests,Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, safeguarding the organization's data and technology assets.
Collaborates with the Vendor Risk Committee (Counterparty Risk) to vet and approve the technological and security aspects of any potential vendor in terms of relative technology, data sharing or security measures for protecting PII.
Accomplish all regular and additional assigned tasks as appropriately assigned or requestedDevelop and manage the technology budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment and align with the company's financial goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited college/universityMinimum 12 years experience in an IT related role to include system implementation and project management for varying business systems.
Minimum 7 years of team leadership roleCloud based Platforms:
Microsoft, Slack, Zoom, Teams, WebEx,In depth knowledge of the Cyber Security landscapeStrong background in Windows and Office 365 environmentsWillingness to travel as needed This person will sit in our Plano, TX headquarters until we relocate to Dallas, TX in November 2024.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
