The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones and handling basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
Receive and direct telephone inquiries.
Answer and forward general mail.
Assist with office organization; perform clerical and clerical support functions, such as photocopying, faxing, typing, and filing.
Record information in an accurate and timely manner.
Proficient in Availty, insurance referrals, verifying insurance benefits and confirming copays.
Schedule appointments and conferences; maintain a calendar of appointments.
Interact with consultants and contractors in a welcoming, professional manner.
Clean the office and help restock supplies when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
