Duties: Be part of a team of attorneys whose primary responsibility is to negotiate, draft and review contracts as well as advise the company on legal issues common to a large, international organization. Provides a variety of general corporate and commercial legal services to a large and diverse group of in-house clients such as Sales, Marketing, Service Departments. Provide general legal advice and negotiate regarding commercial transactions, customer contracts, pricing compliance, and preventative law and litigation management. Draft and modify templates for use in commercial sales transactions. Provide direction to internal clients concerning contract structure, modifications and other commercial matters. Provide advice and counsel concerning legal rights and obligations, interpret domestic and international laws, rulings, and regulations. Provide advice and counsel with regards to legal issues related to representation on product liability, product defect and product recalls. Assess legal risk and provide legal advice to the company regarding business transactions. Support confidential information and intellectual property management and protection. Provide guidance and oversight to non-attorney contract managers. Assist in monitoring, maintaining and implementing corporate governance practices and policies. Support various departments with miscellaneous legal-related requests. Provide legal advice and services regarding a wide range of substantive legal areas (contracts, real estate, corporate law issues, etc.) as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
