Duties: Draft, review, edit, negotiate and finalize customer sales, channel partner, procurement and other agreements including but not limited to NDAs, evaluation, professional services, master purchase, reseller, and software license agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance, while working collaboratively with the business team. Draft and review non-routine or specialized sales contracts, terms and conditions, and RFPs. Collaborate with business development organization on technology partnerships and other business alliance relationships, and draft and negotiate contracts related to same. Assist in developing and maintaining contracts-related processes and procedures to scale with company?s growth, such as developing and maintaining playbook, standard forms, contracts database, etc. Government affairs and regulatory reviews. Internal incident response legal counsel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
