SFDC Business Analyst

Are you sick of consulting and looking to support and expand one of the most progressive internal SFDC environments in DFW that just happens to be the most visible internal platform? If so, this is the role for you! This role works directly between our client's internal technology department and SFDC (salesforce.com) to expand the platform internally (global technology organization) and build on an already outstanding partnership between these two technology leaders.
This person needs to be detailed, polished, and able/willing to speak/present to C-level Executives. You will have extremely high-visibility in this organization with unlimited potential for growth and advancement.
Primary responsibilities:
- Identify, roadmap and actively support the company's business objective's as it relates to CRM and Client Portals
- Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities to further utilize Salesforce.com to achieve business goals
- Develop salesforce.com reports, analytics and dashboards to support business stakeholders key performance measures
- Participate in the design of data integration to connect salesforce.com and other systems, as well as connecting multiple Salesforce orgs
- Use root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills to resolve functional and technical issues
- Serve as a primary point of contact for enhancement requests submitted to the SalesForce.com Help Desk
- Develop training materials and conduct end user testing sessions and training
- Gather, review, analyze, evaluate, and document business systems and user requirements
To be successful in this role:
- 2+ years of Saleforce.com administration, configuration and report authoring experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce or other CRM related experience
- Salesforce.com Administrator certification is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
- Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
