Senior Fusion Developer

McAfee, Inc. has an opportunity for a Senior Fusion Developer in our worksite at Plano, TX. Duties: Responsible for development of integrations using Oracle Fusion middleware stack. Develop, configure, and support Oracle B2B and BPM applications and Knowledge Base Inquira applications. Perform design review and code review, and recommend improvements and best practices. Work with business team members to capture and document requirements. Review requirements, perform system design, and recommend infrastructure requirements. Perform Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle SQL development activities. Perform unit and end-to-end system testing activities. Document test cases and test results. Perform Oracle Fusion Middleware installation, configuration administrative tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional team during development and testing phase. Work on Fusion SAP adapter, including connectivity configuration, and on Siebel CRM and Oracle CRM On Demand integrations. Respond to business escalations and resolve issues. Support production team members in case of critical production issues, suggest solutions, and bring them to closure. Administer small releases for production stabilization and improvements. Recommend and implement Oracle Fusion Middleware performance turning and improvement configurations. Recommend and implement security control measures in the Fusion integration implementation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a computer-related occupation.
Experience must include:
1. Minimum 4 years of experience with installation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Middleware stack 10g and 11g, including experience in BPEL, ESB, Web Service development, and JMS queues;
2. JDeveloper, XML, WSDL, XSLT, XPATH, and XREF;
3. Oracle Fusion Middleware performance turning and Oracle AIA frameworks, including Foundation Pack;
4. Experience in BEA weblogic, LINUX and UNIX OS;
5. Writing database objects in Oracle;
6. Experience in Agile methodology and all phases of project development life cycle;
7. Business interaction, requirements gathering, design, and architecture;
8. Oracle B2B and BPM, and Oracle Knowledge or InQuira configurations and customizations;
9. Configuration of Oracle Fusion Application adapters and integration experience with Siebel CRM, CRM on cloud, and ERP systems;
10. Oracle Weblogic, OC4J, and Tomcat server administration;
11. Java Web services and J2EE development experience with spring framework.
