Ericsson PMO Competence and Development Group is searching for a Technical Trainer - Trainer who will be responsible for training individuals who perform the installation and commissioning tasks and programs at site and/or market level as well as making on-site technical decisions and recommendations to Operations Manager and/or Project Manager as needed. The Trainer will be responsible for classroom material development, instruction, and developing creative learning for the Engineers. Responsibilities: This position requires knowledge and a moderate amount of field experience in basic building and construction of telecommunications hardware at the customer site. This individual must be very competent in the physical build activities and be able to take a leadership role in training individuals who will be building the product utilizing job specifications and drawings with little or no guidance from others. Training or Identify training opportunities and facilitate training for the CM/IM team o Train new CMs and PMs on Ericsson tools, ways of working, processes and project specifications Develops and conducts basic and introductory technical training courses for internal and/or external customers; may assist more experienced Technical Trainers in developing and conducting advanced technical courses. Prepares lesson plans and updates and maintains technical training course materials as required. Understands and applies constant vigilance to established Ericsson and customer safety practices and Quality standards and practices. Has the ability to implement quality control processes. Understands and applies constant vigilance to following Ericssons Installation Methods and/or NTPs to ensure customer service is never put at risk by deviating from these documents. o Performs all physical and mechanical installation activities. o Performs power and grounding installation on equipment and small power plants, per the Installation Methods. o Delivers work assignments, communicates, dresses and assists customer in a professional manner. o Reads and stays current on installation documentation. o Reads and interprets Engineering specs, prints, and drawings. o Inventory of all job-related material. Participate in project kick off meetings if needed o Demonstrates proper use of tools including the ability to use a Personal Computer and various software applications (email, Excel, etc). o May be required to travel away from home for several weeks with very little advance notice. o Evening or Night shift work required upon demand, often with very little advance warning. o Physical lifting of a minimum of 25 pounds is required. Testing o Performs power verification and power-up of equipment. o Performs preliminary hardware testing in an out of service environment. o Perform complete functional testing on both in-service and out-of-service equipment on multiple product line. o Coordinate the installation, on-site and/or remote commissioning, network certification, and final cutover of assigned job(s). Site Team Leadership acting o Can plan, manage logistics and execute physical installation of hardware on one or multiple sites. o Requirements include holding a leadership role on a job site(s) and running multiple site(s) in conjunction with Deployment Coordinator and/or Operations Manager. o Exhibits solid communication and problem resolution skills. o Must have proven ability to direct assignments to meet delivery commitments to customer. o Responsible for coordinating, driving, and reporting site productivity milestones. o Inform management of positive and negative job impacts. o Oversee and direct installation activities, maintain records and conduct meetings as required. o Ensure Outage Awareness Process is followed on all projects. o Ability to serve as a mentor to field employees and create a positive team environment. Provide technical coaching, skill development, and assistance with day-to-day administrative responsibilities (i.e. operating systems, timesheets, documentation, etc). Customer interface requirements: o Ability to interface directly with the customer on behalf of Ericsson Services Inc. o Maintain a positive customer working relationship from start to completion of the installation. o Ensure customer satisfaction. o Ability to gain customer hardware installation acceptance. Communication- communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing; seek guidance, ideas and input from others; give and receive feedback when appropriate. Key skills: - Good communicator - Experience performing and/or managing wireless site construction work - Microwave construction experience is a plus - Ability to address/train small to medium groups of people - Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Power point - Ability to write and review process documentation and MOPs MUST BE A SELF STARTER WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. MUST ADEPT AT TRAINING AND COMFORTABLE PRESENTING TO LARGE GROUPS OF CMs AND CONTRACTORS.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
