Corporate Counsel (Procurement)
The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to Global Procurement and Supply Chain contracts management team. Provide legal advice and counsel on broad array of procurement agreements, such as direct materials purchases (hardware and components), requests-for-proposals, materials management, MOUs/LOIs, IT services, travel, software licenses (SaaS, license-in), temporary staffing, professional services, outsourcing services, and other areas of indirect procurement, such as MRO. Support global procurement team members by negotiating with suppliers, providing risk assessments in accordance with company policies and preparing redline documents. Prepare and maintain master agreement templates and contract clause files. Provide support in resolving supplier disputes pre-litigation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
