Job Description
My client, a guidance technology, entertainment data and algorithms company, is in need of a Project Manager to coordinate their Office 365 (O365) integration and deployment.
The Project Manager - Information Technology Administration will work with our IT technology, IT Infrastructure, Technical Support and Enterprise Engineering teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery and execution of O365 migration.
The Project Manager, IT Administration will:
  • Define, own, plan and scope MS Office 365 deployment project for the company
  • Manage MS Office 365 project with project management responsibility for multi-disciplinary teams
  • Agree specifications, high level functionality, impact analyses and process changes in conjunction with the Business owners
  • Document project terms of reference for the project including background, scope, objectives, assumptions and critical success factors
  • Manage project risks and issues actively in line with risk and issue management procedures
  • Enforce change control in line with change management procedures
  • Manage the deployment of the project within agreed time-scales and budget
  • Monitor and control project and report on back on issues, dependences, risks, time lines and budgets
  • Ensure the systems and solutions delivered meet the strategic direction of the company as well as meeting the business needs
  • Co-ordinate team members and vendors for project
  • Prepare project plans and present business cases for management approval
  • Apply project resources according to the approved project plan
  • Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
  • Track and report on progress to plan and analyse the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives
  • Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues
  • Involve functional/technical expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies
  • Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities
  • Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project, including vendor interfaces
  • Conduct post implementation review of project
Knowledge:
  • A technical and/or business background with project management experience in multiple / large scale / global MS Office 365 / SharePoint deployments/Skype, delivering the relevant business requirements and technologies (e.g. MS Office 365 rollouts, SharePoint deployments, email migrations, Skype, business transformation through MS technologies).
  • Box to OneDrive/SharePoint migration experience
  • Skype for Business Online onboarding/migration experience
  • Understanding of Security requirements for Enterprise usage of Office 365
  • Skype for Business Voice experience
  • Experience of managing diverse technical and business teams without having direct line management responsibility
  • Proven experience of project management techniques including Prince2, PMI, Agile, SCRUM, etc
  • Strong customer relationship management focus with an ability to demonstrate experience and ability to build relationships with clients at a senior level
  • Experience of international or multi-cultural environments
  • Change Management skills and a flexible approach to change, an ability to adapt to new challenges
  • Strong customer focus and a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the customer and the company
  • Ability to communicate complex technology, or any aspect of projects clearly and succinctly to any and all stakeholders at any level of a participating organisation

  • Proven Project Management and Business Analysis skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into programme / project proposals; Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong skills in the planning, organisation, scheduling, problem solving and the resolution of conflicting priorities to make decisions

  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with senior management and external parties
  • Experience of managing and motivating project and technical teams
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Experience of Risk Management across various levels of projects and organisations
Education and
Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the planning and delivery of complex technical projects (in particular large scale / global customer deployments of MS Office 365 or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business transformation projects changing organisations work practices through technology
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant Project Management experience in IT environment
  • Formal Project Management qualification in PRINCE2 or PMI is highly desirable, encompassing experience in the application of Programme / Project Management standards, techniques and processes
  • Third level qualification in IT or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Proven track record in the on-time, on-budget delivery of project within the IT Services industry
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
