Strategy Analyst - FLNA

The need to think strategically and optimize on the divergent opportunities is critical for both developing / emerging markets, but also in developed markets such as North America. This role will play a critical part in defining the growth strategy in one of our most pivotal global organizations - Frito-Lay North America. S / he will be tasked with leading individual projects to evaluate both broad based strategic questions as well as addressing very specific and tactical realities. This individual will also need to work with the Sr. Director, FLNA Strategy and SVP, FLNA Strategy to aggregate and elevate the individual projects and perspectives to define to short- and long-term strategic plan for the business. Finally, this individual will be tasked with working with the broader global strategy network to advance the Snacks agenda through partnerships in globally and locally relevant projects.
Develop strategic and analytical frameworks to solve critical business issues in collaboration with key Strategy members;
Lead cross-functional project teams to address both broad-based strategic questions (e.g., macro-snack expansion) and tactical executional obstacles (e.g., SC optimization);
Plan and execute the underlying analyses that will yield critical answers to the problem;
Effectively assess business issues to identify project specific information needs/gaps;
Ensure the delivery of timely, zero-defect execution of analysis to understand growth opportunities and key trade-offs whether through do the work or overseeing the work of the junior members on the team;
Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights, integrating relevant business knowledge as well as learning from other projects/sources;
Manage senior stakeholder coordination and strategic planning sessions with senior business leadership;
Communicate the implications of the analysis to FLNA Strategy executives clearly;
Develop implementation plans to drive execution with sound and highly efficient planning nad project oversight;
Assist in the creation of breakthrough strategies and identify business priorities and initiatives that will accelerate profitable growth and market share gains across the region as captured in the regional PSP and AOP outputs
Act as a responsive partner, solving real-time issues or addressing opportunities that arise for the BU leadership
Partner with the cross-functional teams to identify and articulate BU- and/or category-specific key alliances, such as joint ventures or acquisitions to expand asset management and distribution capabilities in this quickly expanding and evolving category
Maintain a strong consumer packaged goods and retail industry network, and thus a broad view of the entire region, to ensure PEP has a clear competitive advantage and to track competitive performance

Minimum
Qualifications:
2 years of post-MBA experience with strategy consulting firm preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Prior Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred
Prior Commercial and/or Strategy experience preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
