Software Implementation Manager

5000 is expanding and seeking an Implementation Manager for their office in Plano, TX OR Denver, CO.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration and implementation of software products.
This job may include leading working sessions or presenting prototyping alternatives and solutions to the client.
This role also establishes and provides direction to implementation team members to carry out the configuration, building and testing of system components.
This is a direct hire opportunity and as such Responsibilities Leads client working sessions and presents prototyping alternatives and solutions Works with Business Analysts to document system requirements Sets weekly working session agendas in collaboration with Project Managers Establishes and provides direction for the configuration and building of system components Provides training and training materials, in collaboration with trainers Provides coaching/mentoring to Business Analysts on a regular basis Provides internal training to Business Analysts on industry, best practices and soft skills (proactive communication strategies, fostering positive working relationships, business writing), etc.
Participates in external client training sessions such as webinars, user conferences, client specific training sessions, etc.
Partners with Sales & Marketing as needed to assist in sales efforts, such as RFPs, demos, marketing efforts, etc.
To be successful, you should possess most of the following:

years' experience working in a technical software related environment Bachelors level degree, or equivalent experience Proven experience fostering successful client relationships Experience leading multiple work streams Software configuration and/or business analyst experience General understanding of Project Management principles Strong organization, communication and process-oriented skills Ability to understand client business processes, issues and needs Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Microsoft Excel Flexible attitude and actively works to build relationships internally and externally Ability to travel domestically & internationally, as needed Develops knowledge of our industry and products Plus:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
