Systems Integration Senior Specialist
Daily
Responsibilities:
- Providing broad based support for a vendor application (ePremis/Assurance Reimbursement Manager) from Change Healthcare for claims processing.
- You will be providing technical support of the application and its functions to a large hospital chain that uses the application daily to process claims.
- Daily activities include support incidents via ticketing system, incoming customer phone calls and meetings.
- QA testing around new product releases and enhancements to the application suite.
- Coordinate with team members for business, peer and technical reviews of documentation.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work with other team members to meet customer needs.
- Rotational on call responsibilities including occasional after hours work
- Application server maintence and upkeep
Basic
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years working in a direct customer interfacing environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical capacity, call center support or desktop support.
- Minimum 5 years customer service experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
