Hello! Thanks for your interest in renting my house. I have owned this house since 2019 and have really put a lot of time into making it a safe and enjoyable space. The property is over a quarter acre and is on a peaceful creek with a large back yard. There are lots of birds in the trees, and fish & turtles in the creek. There is a pool with big outdoor patio, a raised garden bed, grill, and a smoker. Super friendly neighbors, very safe neighborhood, close to great schools, shopping, groceries, post office. There is a brand new park and walking path just built down the street by Haggard Elementary. All of the amazing Plano recreational centers are close by ($19/mo gym membership). 3 bed 3 bath, 2200 Sq Ft. Available February 1, 2024. $3100 rent plus utilities & wifi. 1 months rent security deposit. Need proof of income, credit score, background check and references for move in. Utilities vary by time of year and how many people are in the house but around $300-400 on average with 3 people. I will pay for the landscaping and pool maintenance. Looking for a long term renter 1yr lease minimum, open to price reduction for 2yr lease. Ideally a family. Open to a single pet if it's well trained, but will have an additional pet deposit. The house will come unfurnished but we may be able to keep some items in the house if you're interested. I will keep half of the garage as storage for the items you don't want in the house. The garage has a full sized spare fridge and freezer for you to use as well. The house layout is unique & functional. It is a split floor plan and there are 2 rooms which can be used as primary rooms. There is a lofted room on the opposite side of the kitchen with a spiral staircase, and it's own entry by the pool. It has it's own walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. The other 2 rooms are upstairs above the garage and both have full bathrooms. One is smaller and has a porch. The other is larger and has a double sink and a walk in closet. Laundry machines included. Plenty of parking in the driveway and street. Decorations may be slightly different than photos.
